App Support

The easiest way to solve any issues with an app is to:

1. Take the App out of Memory ( Double Click your iPhone’s Home Button, and remove it from this menu by touching down on the app , it will begin to jiggle. Remove it from memory by touching the red ‘minus’ button.

2. Delete the App from your iPhone and try to reinstall it from iTunes. Make sure if it’s a paid app that you have it backed up on iTunes before doing this.

3. Remove all other apps from Memory by doing Step 1 for all other apps.

4. Try powering down your device by holding the home button and power button at the same time and hold it for about 10-15 seconds.

If  none of the above steps work and an app isn’t loading properly or is crashing, you can help us detect the problem by downloading the Console App for free. A screen shot of the Console App’s warnings can be taken following a crash by pressing the home screen and lock button at the same time.

Ensure the screen shot includes warnings specific to the App in question and email it to our technical support with a description of the issue to: support (at)vectorbloom (dot) com.
