VectorBloom provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the facebook portion of our iOS application ArtCards by Elizabeth Boylan available as a free download on Apple’s App Store.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us or permit Facebook to provide us by allowing the relevant permissions to access your Basic information while using the App ‘ArtCards by Elizabeth Boylan’.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the primary access points to the Service on Facebook. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes that may accompany version upgrades to the iOS application or the Facebook application.
Information Collection and Use: Personally Identifiable Information
- In the course of using ArtCards by Elizabeth Boylan to create custom ArtCards and share these on Facebook by posting to your Wall or a Friend’s Wall, we require your name and Facebook login information.
- We will not access your email information in order to communicate to you directly. If you wish to follow news on App updates you can do so by Liking us on http://facebook.com/vectorbloom or at http://facebook.com/artcardsbyelizabethboylan.
- In future upgrades in order to allow Custom ArtCards to be posted to your friend’s Walls we will access your friend’s information, specifically their name and birthdate to the extent that these are shared with you on Facebook and visible to friends.
- We do not store any of your personal information or your friend’s personal information provided by Facebook through the use of our Facebook App ArtCards by Elizabeth Boylan on any of our servers.
